Testing and Commissioning is a quality-oriented process for achieving, verifying, and documenting that the performance of facilities, systems, and assemblies meets defined objectives and criteria. After completion of the installation works, the entire installation shall be subject to testing before commissioning. Commissioning ensures a new facility begins its life cycle at optimal productivity with all systems operating as intended.
